The contact is the Bhrighu programme advisor, together with the academic institution once the student has enrolled there. Transition guidance covers the first weeks. Advisory contact continues at milestone points after that.
Parents can use info@bhrighu.in or +91 636 694 8644. This route is for programme questions and urgent family contact. It is not a 24-hour medical service and it does not replace local emergency numbers.
The programme team and the receiving institution coordinate the first housing option as part of arrival planning. The family pays the rent. Housing is not included as a free package in the programme quote.
The Resource Centre describes dormitories, share houses and private apartments. It shows a national average of about ¥38,000 a month, and about ¥50,000–70,000 in Tokyo. City and room type change the bill.
In Japan, call 119 for ambulance or fire and 110 for police. Students are briefed on these numbers, local registration and emergency contacts before departure. National Health Insurance is mandatory for residents and is a living cost, not a Bhrighu medical plan.
After the student is safe, the family contacts the programme advisor so the institution can be informed. Bhrighu does not replace emergency services and does not pay hospital bills.
Parents receive updates at defined milestones during preparation and transition, through the programme advisor. The commitment is transparent communication at those checkpoints, not a weekly report and not access to every class result.
Families can also ask a question on the published contact route. Students remain the primary contact with their institution day to day.
Plan beyond the programme quote. India preparation can include language training, documents, admission processing, visa support and pre-departure orientation. The move can include flights, first housing, residence-card setup and an emergency fund. Japan study can include tuition, materials and insurance.
Monthly living on the Resource Centre is about ¥73,000–150,000. Part-time work must not be the plan that pays these bills.
The next stage waits until the student is ready. Additional preparation may be recommended, and the planned dates can move. That is a change of schedule, not a promise that a job will follow.
Work is not assured while study continues. Any extra coaching fee is agreed before it is charged. India-phase fees already paid follow the refund terms: they are non-refundable unless the enrolment terms say otherwise.
